For bookings cancelled after 4pm the day before the scheduled visit.
There is a 50% cancellation fee, this is to cover our admin costs, card processing fees & late notice making it difficult to fill the slot another customer could have booked.
The 50% refund is actioned by us immediately but can take 5-10 days to reach your bank.
